Fill out supplemental rental application which will be sent after reviewing your zillow application
Email the required documents as per supplemental application form
In supplemental application provide email address of your last two landlords to obtain their feedback
If a guarantor is required, they will have to fill an online questionnaire and provide some documents

Refundable deposit of 250$ for pets that weights less then 50lb and 500$ for pets that weights more then 50lb per pet per lease term.
Non-Refundable monthly pet fees of $25 per pet for pets that weight less then 25 lb. $50 per pet for pets that weight is between 25 - 50 lb and $75 per pet for weights more then 50lb
More then 3 pets are not allowed
More then 2 pets with weight greater then 50lb are not allowed
